Scooter dirt bikes crash and catch fire in parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire personnel were sent to a rehab facility on West Ramsey Street for a reported incident where two scooter dirt bikes apparently collided and one caught fire. The fire was reportedly extinguished before responders arrived and the riders and bikes had already left the area.
