Suspicious truck parked behind Sycamore Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious red pickup truck parked for several minutes behind a home near Sycamore Street, close to a sewer pump. The vehicle was possibly a GMC with an out-of-state license plate.
