Van fire on Highway 50 near Three Lions

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews respond to a reported vehicle fire on Highway 50 near Three Lions and Papa Dayton House, where a van’s engine apparently exploded and the front of the vehicle is in flames, blocking all eastbound lanes.
