Report of intoxicated driver with drugs in vehicle

Liberty County just called and advised they had got a 911 text of someone saying that there was going to be a black BMW driving from the Dayton Sports Bar toward Liberty and that they were going to be intoxicated and also had cocaine on them.

I verified the phone number and was able to verify that it was going to be the same male, (name withheld), texting them.
