Trailer detaches and hits vehicle on White River Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 call reporting that a trailer became unhitched on the westbound side just past the White River Bridge near De Valls Bluff, Arkansas, and ended up in the median after apparently hitting another vehicle.
