Lawnmower driven on roadway nearly hits caller

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint on Ayersville Road in Defiance about a person operating a lawnmower in the roadway who reportedly almost struck the caller. The caller believed the operator might not have a valid license, and radio traffic indicated the person may be suspended with a valid temporary card.
