As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports an elderly man lying on the ground near a lot off South Somonauk Road. He was initially described as possibly injured in a fight, with later information suggesting he may have been struck by a vehicle. Deputies, fire, and an ambulance were dispatched, with a rescue unit staging nearby.
