Welfare check at residence with mail and vehicle present

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested near Rolling Hills Drive after mail was noticed in the mailbox and a vehicle was seen in the garage. A caller mentioned being there to have lunch and that a person was present to have lunch with a friend.
