Vehicle swerving on southbound 57 flyover

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a white pickup truck swerving in and out of lanes on the southbound 57 HOV flyover near the 60 interchange, with the driver possibly using a cell phone. The vehicle’s license plates were checked and reported clear out of Fullerton, and a prior location was corrected to westbound 60 near Grand Avenue.
