Unattended stroller found under bridge on Missouri Road

If

there's anyone on the scene of the outcenter, (number withheld) Missouri Road, RP, they saw a black roller with a blanket over it with no one around it.

I'm sure if there's a child inside, it could be right under the bridge, but I cannot see it with my PD cam.

This is call 50.
