Man with suicidal thoughts armed with shovel in woods

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to an apparent psychiatric crisis involving a 30-year-old man near Bryan Road in the West Jefferson area. Radio reports indicate he may have suicidal thoughts, is in nearby woods with a shovel, and is suspected of damaging vehicle tires.
