Reckless motorcycle reported on Highway 78

It's going to be address of (number withheld) highway 78 west of Wesley Boozer Beach Drive.

Caller advised that a motorcycle was driving recklessly, doing wheelies, going 60 mi per hour, headed towards 78 from Warrior Jasper Road.

It's going to be black in color with a tail light out and a bulla.
