Driver found passed out in white van near Double Springs

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible intoxicated or erratic driver in a white van on Highway 200 near Double Springs. The van was later reported parked at a location near Mount Carmel, where a male was found apparently passed out behind the wheel. Deputies were requested to respond to the scene.
