Person lighting fireworks from moving vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a location near Main Street in Dow for a report that a man was repeatedly driving along the road and possibly lighting fireworks from a vehicle. The caller at that address reported having camera footage available for deputies to review.
