Unoccupied vehicle rolls into water at boat launch

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to the public boat launch on Bear Drive in Dublin for a vehicle that apparently slid into the water up to its headlights. The vehicle was unoccupied, and responders coordinated with the owner to arrange a tow truck.
