Woman stops breathing at Duluth residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Windsor Chase Trail and Victorian Lane in Duluth for a reported medical emergency involving an adult woman who was initially unconscious and later apparently stopped breathing again. Responders reported signs of breathing difficulty and began chest compressions.
