Deer and empty vehicle create road hazard on Railroad St

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a report of a deer lying in the roadway on Railroad Street in Perry Township, creating a possible traffic hazard. Responders found a silver SUV off the road with no one around and determined the situation was under control. EMS and additional units were canceled, and state police were notified about the vehicle.
