Welfare check after report of loud argument

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to South 14th Street in Duncan for a welfare check after a reporting party heard doors slamming and believed neighbors were arguing. The reporting party also said a man briefly left and then returned at high speed in a car. The location was described as across from a convenience store near the intersection.
