Shoplifting suspect flees Royal Farms on foot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported theft at a Royal Farms store near North Point Road and Baltimore and Center. A repeat shoplifting suspect reportedly took items and left on foot toward a nearby shop. The suspect was described as an adult man wearing a (description withheld) and (description withheld) with a red design.
