Man grabs officer’s gun near Durand High School

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious man dressed in black near a high school, possibly tampering with a fire hydrant. The man was later contacted near a hardware store, where he reportedly tried to grab an officer’s gun and held a metal rod. Officers deployed a Taser to gain control of him.
