Car horn sounding and streetlight down on Science Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a report of a gray van in a parking lot near the Duke School of Business on Science Drive with its horn continuously sounding and an apparent downed streetlight in the roadway nearby. Officers checked the vehicle and surrounding area for a possible crash or roadway hazard.
