Person with seizures and withdrawal found face down on couch

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to an apartment complex in Duvall for a possible medical emergency involving a person found face down on a couch. Radio traffic mentioned the person’s history of alcoholism, seizures, withdrawal symptoms, and prior suicidal threats, and that the person had previously been armed with a knife during an earlier call.
