Water main or hydrant break sends water into air

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire personnel responded near Tulare Avenue and Olive Road for a public service assist after a caller reported water shooting 10 to 15 feet into the air, possibly from a broken fire hydrant or water main in an alley west of the intersection.
