Driver reported intoxicated at Pioneer Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possibly intoxicated man in a gold Kia at a park near Johnson Street in East Bank. The driver reportedly smelled of alcohol, became upset when asked to leave, and then drove away before deputies arrived. Deputies issued a lookout for the vehicle with a North Carolina registration.
