Juvenile reported out of control after dispute over a pet

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement requested for a juvenile disturbance reported near KY-490 in Laurel County. Caller reports the juvenile is yelling/screaming and throwing a fit after being told they could not have a cat from a neighbor’s relative. Weapons are unknown.
