Juvenile in mental health crisis reportedly with knife near Town Hill Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were requested to stage near Town Hill Rd in East Montpelier for a juvenile experiencing a mental health crisis. Caller reported the juvenile had ingested THC, locked parents out of the house, and had a knife/utensil and was banging on a window; an update indicated the juvenile later came out and no longer had the knife as State Police responded.
