Verbal dispute and car taken from James Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible verbal domestic dispute on James Street in East Syracuse. A mother reported that her adult son, who may have been under the influence of marijuana, left the residence about five minutes earlier in her white Volkswagen Golf and drove toward Kenny Street. She also requested to report the vehicle as stolen.
