Verbal family dispute and car taken on James Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible verbal domestic dispute at a residence near James Street in East Syracuse. A caller reported her adult son, who may be under the influence of marijuana, left the home a few minutes earlier in her white Volkswagen Golf and was last seen heading toward Kenny Street and possibly Erie Boulevard. The caller also requested to report the vehicle as stolen, and officers were advised that the son may carry a pocket knife.
