Hit-and-run crash at Gratiot and Wilson

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible injury crash at Gratiot Avenue and Wilson Avenue involving a hit-and-run. A 1978 lime green Impala reportedly struck another vehicle on Gratiot and then left westbound on Stevens, possibly with passenger-side damage. In a separate call, officers were sent to an animal complaint on Grant Street where two dogs were reported left inside a blue Ford in a driveway.
