Man with schizophrenia acting strangely at motel in Eden

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible disturbance was reported near the Amber Inn by a male acting strangely and stating he had schizophrenia. He was seen driving a red Ford Edge circling the parking lot and later headed toward Travelers Oasis.
