Controlled burn reported on Smackover Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire personnel responded to a reported fire near Smackover Highway in El Dorado, Arkansas. The situation was later confirmed to be a controlled burn, and responding Norphlet units were canceled and returned to their station.
