As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a juvenile in a t-shirt riding an e-bike erratically around a cemetery in El Paso, later clarified over the radio as Evergreen Cemetery (county jurisdiction). Caller also requested contact to provide where the juvenile lives.
