Report of unauthorized roofing solicitor

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a neighborhood on South Miles Avenue in El Reno for a report of a possible unauthorized door-to-door solicitor associated with a roofing company. The man was described as wearing a black shirt and pants and moving between nearby houses.
