Sports car speeding and weaving through Eldon traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a black Porsche driving carelessly at high speed on Business 54 through Eldon, then continuing westbound on Highway 54 toward the lake area while passing vehicles in the turn lane and weaving through traffic.
