Report of possibly intoxicated woman under bridge

Maple Street and Route 42.

Caller advised he picked up a deaf female along 219, dropped her off there at the intersection underneath the bridge.

Thought she was intoxicated, was supposed to be with someone.

She's wearing jean shorts, red shirt, red hair.
