Man yelling at children in Walmart parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a man yelling and cursing at children in the parking lot of a store near CC Camp Road. A woman and her children were in a white Chevy passenger car near the garden center, and no apparent physical assault was reported.
