Car hits tree on Upper Elkton Road, minor injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible single-vehicle crash where a car struck a tree on Upper Elkton Road near the Fort Hancock overpass. The driver was walking around with an apparent minor hand injury, and EMS was later canceled for the driver.
