Reckless driving reported on I-35 near Elko New Market

Information on a driving complaint northbound I-35 just passed Elko and New Market.

Described as a black GMC Terrain, plate zebra.

(number withheld) comes back to a 2010 Terrain out of Ellendale.

Caller stated that they are all over the road, they will not let anyone pass, almost running people off the road and not using turn signals.
