Child with asthma worsening at elementary school nurse's office

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to an apparent respiratory distress call for a child at an elementary school nurse’s office on Whitehall Road. Radio traffic later reported that the child’s mother was refusing EMS and requested that responders be canceled.
