Woman unresponsive after passing out at Elkview home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched to a location on Reamer Road near Rich Creek and Terrywood for a reported 67-year-old woman who had passed out in a bathroom and was unresponsive. Responders noted that EMS initially had difficulty getting up Reamer Road before arriving at the scene.
