Resident pouring gasoline inside Ellensburg home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a neighbor reported that several people were tearing apart a vehicle gas tank and apparently pouring gasoline inside a nearby residence and into buckets, creating a strong fuel odor and possible spill in the parking area near East Third.
