Reckless driver nearly hits woman and child

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch issued a be-on-the-lookout alert for a gray-blue four-door car with a handicap plate after the driver reportedly almost hit a woman and a child and was driving recklessly. The vehicle was last reportedly seen parked at a gas station near the 6500 block of US 301 North.
