Kids reportedly repeatedly enter a nearby house by knocking down plywood

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported about four kids repeatedly getting into a house by knocking down plywood to enter. The caller said the house is directly across from a location on Jack Lane St and did not want law enforcement to respond.
