Car hits person and injures toe at gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received several calls about a red Ford Fusion reportedly backing into someone and possibly running over a person’s toe at a business near Foster Road in Ellsworth. Callers said the vehicle has returned to the area multiple times and may be driven by someone who lives about a block away. A unit followed the vehicle toward the southbound city limits.
