Single car crash into culvert on South Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a single vehicle that apparently crashed into a culvert near South Main Street in Ellsworth Borough. Fire and police units responded, but arriving crews reported no one around the vehicle and searched the area for the reported occupant who may have exited and lain beside the car.
