Woman choking on food with breathing trouble at care facility

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance was dispatched to a care facility near North Parker Street in Elm City for an approximately 60-year-old woman who had choked on food. Staff reportedly removed the obstruction, but she was still having trouble breathing.
