Suspicious woman reported outside Elmhurst Starbucks

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious woman sitting outside a Starbucks near North York Street in Elmhurst. The caller described her as in her fifties, wearing a black top, with no reported weapons and unknown intoxication, and then left the area. A maroon Acura, possibly related, was checked by officers.
