Alarm from smoking in apartment on Market Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to an alarm on Market Street that was apparently set off by smoking inside an apartment. The apartment was ventilated, and the alarm was reset and reported to be holding. Units were then released from the scene.
