Man found asleep but unresponsive in truck near Eltopia post office

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a welfare check on a man in a parked black pickup truck near the Eltopia post office. The man appeared to be asleep with an unopened alcoholic drink visible and was reported to be breathing but not waking up when contacted.
