Motorcyclist stranded after running out of gas

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers contacted a motorcyclist near the interstate by Druid Knob after his motorcycle reportedly ran out of gas. He had gone into Emery for fuel and returned to find his kayak left behind, and he was later assisted at a nearby gas station.
